Under UN Criminal Code, Lawsuit Charges Cardinals Mahony in L.A. Rivera in Mexico City, for Catholic Priest Pedophile Crimes

(“These Crimes Require International Court Jurisdiction,” reads Complaint and Demand for Jury Trial filed April 20, 2010, in U.S. Federal Court for the Central District in Los Angeles. Jeff Anderson in Minnesota and his team at Kiesel Boucher Larson lawfirm in Los Angeles filed suit regarding a pedophile priest who traveled back and forth between Mexico and Southern California, leaving behind victims in both countries. Quotes from lawsuit document below elaborate on this creative application of international law to pursue guilty parties in Catholic Church hierarchy eventually all the way to the Vatican:)

Paragraph 66: Sexually abusing a child and conspiring to conceal and coverup sexual abuse violates the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, Articles 19 and 34. Specifically these articles state:
