Last week the AP published a letter from 1985 signed by the future Pope showing that as Cardinal Joe Ratzinger, he did not want to defrock Father Stephen Kiesle. It had only taken four years for the future Pope to arrive at that decision.

The Servants of the Paracletes had it correct in the 1950s. Put sexual predator priests on an island isolated from society.
