Arrested 2004. Accused of abuse of 1. Other victims found.. Transferred from a church in Rome Italy to St. Thomas the Apostle church in LA in 2001. Citizen of Colombian and visiting priest. 2005 conviction/ prison sentence overturned 4/06 by appeals court. In 1/08 the CA. Supreme Court overturned the appeals court decision and returned case to that court. That court then upheld the conviction 4/08 and then CA Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal. 20 yr old man filed suit 5/09
