UPDATE April 27 2PM: This photo got mis ID'd somewhere along the Ethernet and by the time I saw it, I did not know that it is supposed to be Credited to: Noel Donnellon, Cinematographer in the UK.

Setting himself up as a criminal celebrity is what I see. Watch, the world is so warped right now, this guy probably has fan sites.
